Jeffrey LeBlanc


For over 25 years, Jeff has been an industry leader in the residual management industry focused on bridging the gap between the agricultural and environmental communities. He leads Denali’s growth efforts through business development and technology innovation. Prior to joining Denali, Jeff founded WeCare Organics, LLC. He led the Company’s growth in the operation, management, and distribution of residual based products, such as WeCare Compost® and WeCare Products™. In addition, he steered the Company’s advancement in managing source separated organics, such as green waste, food waste, food processing waste, and biosolids.

In 2008, Jeff was awarded the HI Kellogg Award for Outstanding Service to the Composting Industry by the US Composting Council. In addition, he has served on the Board of the NY Water Environment Association (NYWEA) and the Mid-Atlantic Biosolids Association (MABA). Jeff is the current Chair of the Water Environment Federation RBC-Specialty Conference Subcommittee and the NYWEA Residual and Biosolids Committee.

Jeff also worked for Waste Stream Environmental, Inc. and Wheelabrator Technologies, Inc. Jeff graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics. Throughout his career, he and his family have held numerous volunteer and community positions. He is a farmer, a football coach, and a devoted supporter of his children’s sporting events and most likely can be found at a hockey rink.
