We are excited to announce the acquisition of Organix Recycling to the Denali family. Russellville, Arkansas-based Denali Water Solutions, LLC (Denali), a leading provider of waste conversion services for beneficial use in the U.S., acquired the assets of Jesse Baro, Inc., a municipal and industrial environmental waste transportation company based in Douglassville, Pennsylvania, on January 29, 2021.

 

Denali Water Solutions, LLC, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, WeCare Denali, LLC, is pleased to announce the acquisition of New Earth, Inc. with operations in San Antonio and Houston, Texas. WeCare Denali, LLC is focused on producing high-end compost, mulch, and soil products from recycled organic waste. WeCare Denali’s services and products are known for quality, consistency, and value throughout the landscaping, construction, and agricultural industries. 

Denali Water Solutions, LLC, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets of Recyc Systems Southeast, LLC, a provider of transportation and land application services for industrial food processing residuals and municipal biosolids predominantly in Alabama and Georgia.

Denali Water Solutions, LLC, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, WeCare Denali, LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of Madden Brothers, Inc. compost, mulch, and soil operations in Brunswick, Ohio. WeCare Denali, LLC is the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary focused on producing high-end compost, mulch, and soil products from recycled waste. WeCare Denali’s services and products are known for quality, consistency, and value throughout the landscaping, construction, and agricultural industries. 

Denali Water Solutions, LLC announced that it has acquired the stock of Veris Environmental, LLC and AWS Dredge, LLC. Veris Environmental, LLC is a residuals management services company providing biosolids recycling and transportation, dewatering, digester cleaning, lagoon services and sediment removal, and land application services in the western United States. AWS Dredge, LLC, is a service provider to hard rock mines in the western United States. The stock purchase aligns with Denali’s strategic growth plan of expansion to additional markets and geographical regions.
