Denali Water Solutions Acquires the Assets of both Enviro-Organics Technologies and Recyclable Residuals Transportation Services
NEW WINDSOR, Maryland, June 6, 2017: Enviro-Organics Technologies and Recyclable Residuals Transportation Services are residual management companies operating in the mid-Atlantic region. They provide removal and disposal of residuals, primarily from food processing and wastewater operations, and then land-apply the residuals on farms as soil conditioners/fertilizers. The collective companies have long been recognized for their ability to develop a comprehensive approach to nutrient management planning that ensures compliance with all environmental regulations.
Founded in 1995 by Phil Snader, the companies represent a very strategic fit geographically for Denali’s current operation. Customers residing in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia. The recent significant regulatory changes that have been established because of urban expansion and high phosphorous soils have created an environment that is challenging to navigate for farmers who wish to reuse organic residuals derived from wastewater processing.
Phil Snider has established himself as a reputable figure in the residuals management industry in the mid-Atlantic and has established long-standing relationships with the residual producers, the governing regulatory agencies, and the farmers.
Denali has purchased all of the significant, relevant assets of both businesses, have retained all of the employees, plans to significantly grow this geographic region and is excited to work with Mr. Snader to take his business to the next level.
